At the CD PROJEKT RED Gear Store, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your loot. If your item isn't the right fit or you've changed your mind, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in unworn, unwashed condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
